How to be your own dentist

So first of all I am not a dentist but I do practice naturopathy and did quite a bit of training and
practice with some wonderful naturopathic techniques over the years especially when I got to
share many of them during detox retreats. In ancient Ayurveda cleanse techniques use the
tongue scraper to assist with mouth hygiene. I wish I had invested in a Waterpik years ago. I
found this practice to be so beneficial. Every time I was at the dentist they would mention my
gum health and to clean between my teeth. I used nylon brushes and avoided the dental floss due
to toxins. But it did not become a faithful habit. However, when I eventually invested in the
Waterpik, I was astounded to see the amount of gunk coming from between my teeth every time I
used it. AND I thought to myself “If I had done this years ago, I reckon my teeth would be a lot
healthier” It’s also easy peasy to use.
Adding Hydroxpatite
Hydrochloric Acid
It seems like the latest buzz in tooth health is
hydroxyapatite. This has been observed and shared by
Dr Michelle who is on the you tube video in the link
below. You can find out more about her observations
and success stories by searching more on this subject.
By adding a good quality based hydroxyapatite powder
to your daily routine, it can make a huge difference to
your tooth health. Getting a good quality based powder
usually means that it originates from grass fed cows that
help re mineralise and build your your teeth. So if you are
a vegan you may not wish to use it. However if the
cavities have reached beyond a certain depth in the
layers of the tooth it may not be as affective in saving
the tooth with a cavity. You can rub this powder daily
onto the teeth as a mineraliser. How to Use
Hydroxyapatite Tooth Powder with Dr. Michelle
Do you have enough hydrochloric acid (HCL)
in your stomach? This is a question I as I
mention it a lot in my iridology sessions. It
can show up in the eyes too during does the
tendency to osteoporosis. If you do not have
enough HCL to absorb minerals and many
other nutrients then t bone and teeth
problems too.
And many other health issues. I had no HCL achlor. So you may wish to add a betaine
HCL supplement if you are low in stomach
acid. of 50 years old there is a tendency to
lowered HCL levels. You can do a simple test.

There is so much to say about the
production of hydrochloric acid in the
stomach a take up another article. I do not
necessarily agree with everything that is
said in these videos but it gives you
indication of how important HCL is.
Adding other beneficial nutrients
Making your own Natto with the anti-inflammatory
enzyme nattokinase as it contains high amounts of
Vitamin K2 which is involved with many enzymatic
processes involved with bone and tooth formation. K2
works synergistically with magnesium, calcium and
vitamin D3 and helps increase bone and tooth mineral
density. Vitamin K2 makes sure that calcium gets into
the bones and the teeth, where it belongs and away
from the soft tissues and the blood vessels, where it
doesn't belong. So it is important to make sure you have
these other nutrients in your diet to assist with the
synergy of bone & tooth formation.
