Benjamin Franklin is often
quoted for his statement
that ‘nothing is certain
except death and taxes’. As
I am not an accountant and
never enjoyed maths in
school, I can’t advise on the
second. I do, however, know
a thing or two about death.
According to a YouGov study
of 2021, 41% of people in
the UK are afraid to die and
31% report that the fear of
death has lessened their
enjoyment of life. Of course,
it is natural to fear that
which we do not know.
However, if we view our
current life as just one in a
series of many (33% of the
UK population believes
there is life after death
(YouGov, 2021) and
worldwide, this number is
57% (Global Gallop poll,
2022)), we can start to
understand that dying is
something we have done
many times before.
One way of removing this
fear is by remembering the
journey your soul undertook
between the time of your
last death and the birth as
the person you are now.
The removal of this fear is
usually just an added bonus
of such a Between Lives
regression. One of many.
Most clients chose to
explore their life between
lives because they are
curious to know why they
are here on earth. They have
a nagging feeling that there
is more to life than what
they are experiencing now.
They want to make sure they
do what they came here to
do and to make the most of
it. The so called ‘veil of
amnesia’ ensures everyone
can focus on the current life,
as this is the most important
life of all.
However, because of that
veil, it can be easy to lose
track of the goals we set
ourselves before we came
here. One way of lifting that
veil is to back to the time
you planned your current
life– a bit like going back to
the time you visited the
travel agency to book the
holiday you are currently
enjoying.
Although every client’s
experience is unique, the
Between Lives phase can be
described as one of Healing
Enjoying Looking back Planning (or HELP – a lovely
reminder of the assistance
we all get in the spirit
realm).
The first stage, Healing,
starts right after the heart
stops beating in the most
recent past life. It is often
characterised by feelings of
floating up, being greeted by
loved ones or ‘lights’ and
sensations of the ‘heaviness’
of the recent life leaving
them.
Once they are ‘acclimatised’
and they are back to their
true eternal form, souls may
choose to enter a period of
rest and they may meet up
with ‘friends’ (which could
be Guides or soul mates).
These reunions are often
very joyous and loving – like
catching up with old friends
after a long absence and
filling them in on what
happened whilst you were
away.
The ‘look back’ often
happens with the help of
Guides or Elders. The life
that just ended is evaluated
in a loving way. Any criticism
on actions taken during the
life come from the client
themselves, not the Guides.
It is true what they say ‘we
really are our own harshest
critics’. What follows is
planning of the life to come,
the circumstances of the
life. This is usually extremely
helpful for the client to
revisit – this is where they
find out the reason they are
here now, in their current life
and in this particular body.
This is where Often the
Elders give advice or
encouragement for the
upcoming adventure. Some
souls are offered a choice of
bodies for this upcoming
journey whereas others get
‘a package deal’ – a body
that is deemed optimal by
the Elders.
The soul then departs and
finds themselves merging
with the fetus in their
mothers womb – this can
take place any time from
around conception to
moments (or years!) after
birth.
There will be individual
reasons for merging when
they do, with many souls
coming in around 4 months
of gestation when the
pregnancy is secure. Souls
can choose to stay with the
fetus the entire time, or they
