A Journey
To live an abundant life
we must allow love to touch
all the parts of our existence;
where joy and purpose flourish,
calling us home
to ourselves

Seasons Of Life
Life brings many seasons
Change happens for a reason
So as one ending occurs
Look forward, open the doors.
A new beginning a time to do
All of the things you want to.
A time to look at yourself
And put away any doubts.
Believe that you can succeed
You have the potential to exceed
So take a deep breath and go
Don't be discouraged if it's slow.
A season ends and a new one begins
Don't lose your smile or your grin
With a positive attitude with you
You will find success in all you do.

The Glastonbury Dragon
England. Glastonbury. The summer of eleven twenty-two.
Overhead a dragon flew.
The people below screamed and ran
as it set fire to the land.
No man or woman in the town
could slow the dragon down.
The very next summer – eleven twenty-three –
the dragon returned to Glastonbury.
It lit up the town with fire again,
so the shamanic wizard summoned the rain.
The fire, now gone, left nothing but ash
as the lightening flashed.
In the summer of eleven twenty-four
the people of Glastonbury wanted no more.
So, when they saw the dragon’s tail,
they began to jeer and wail.
They banged and crashed, hit pots and pans,
stomped feet and clapped hands.
The dragon’s head began to spin
and he lost the use of a wing.
He hurtled towards the ground
as the rain came down.
But just in time his wing flapped
and he left and never came back.
Now is the summer of twenty twenty-four –
nine hundred years since the dragon’s roar.
In Glastonbury the rain still comes
and the people still shout and bang their drums.
They remember how the town burned
and wish that the dragon does not return.
