The healing path
of relationships
Our souls are already in love, the question is
how to dissolve the barriers to that, so that we
can fall back in love with each other again. This
is not only true of our global community, but
also true in relationships, which can have both
a healing and magical quality
And after the first six months or year, when all
the body chemistry calms down, the truly
magical work has the opportunity to start. By
their very nature, intimate relationships
expose to us all that is beautiful about us.. our
love, our authenticity, our vulnerability and
our desire to be in service to the happiness of
another.
They also give us a chance to heal, exposing us
to aspects of ourselves we wouldn’t otherwise
see so potently.. our jealousies, our
boundaries, our insecurities and our wounding.
The good news is, if we realise this, and have
the
tools
to
navigate
our
intimate
relationships, in a way that accentuates the
beauty and allows us to be with our shadows.
Our training is much more than sensuality and
touch,

also
teach
heart
based
communication,
emotional
awareness
practices. And how to heal the barriers to

sexual energy and the opportunity for growth
and healing achievable through relationship.
And through Qi Gung and Tai Chi practices, has
understood the loving essence, subtly
sustaining us and everything. Yet at no point
have I felt the need to receive anal massage,
dance around in front of my partner
pretending I’m Shiva. engage in a cuddle
puddle, de-amour myself by being told to push
through my boundaries, or to engage in
moaning with every out breath like a hungry
zombie.
This isn’t having a go at all of that, as I know
some people receive a catharsis through that,
but as I look out at the spiritual scene through
the eyes of a down-to-earth guy, who feels
drawn to bring simplicity back into spirituality,
couples work and personal healing.
I just wanted to share to anyone new to this
scene,
or
couples
work,
who
feels
uncomfortable about these practices. Or even
someone who’s been practising for awhile and
feels uncomfortable about these practices.
This isn't the only way, and if it doesn't speak
to you that’s fine, they’ve never called to me,
they’re just not my thing.
Many men, women and couples feel a great
sense of relief with more gentle, grounded and
realistic approach to working with their sexual
energy. This is why I try and avoid getting
