Chickweed Herbal Tea
Ingredients:
A handful of fresh Chickweed
Boiling water
Instructions:
1. Place Chickweed in a teapot or mug.
2. Pour boiling water over the Chickweed and let it-steep for
about 10 minutes.
3. Strain and enjoy the tea warm. You may add honey or lemon
to taste.
This simple herbal tea not only soothes the soul but also helps
in detoxifying the body, thanks to Chickweed's cleansing
properties.
Chickweed Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup finely chopped Chickweed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened (substitute vegan cheese)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (substitute vegan cheese)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the Chickweed, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and
pepper.
3. Fill each mushroom cap with the Chickweed mixture.
4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about
20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
