A: Our fees for selling are generally 1.2%+VAT with a minimum of £2000+VAT.
However, these can be individually negotiated depending on the service you
require.

A: Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation, OnTheMarket, Hgh.co.uk, and more.
Q: Do I have to pay anything
if we change our mind?

A: No, our service is on a no sale, no fee basis, so there is nothing to pay if you
change your mind.
Q: Do you accompany viewings?
A: Yes, however, we can tailor our service to suit your requirements. As
standard, we will accompany viewings, however if you would rather show
prospective purchasers yourself, that is equally fine.
Q: Is there anything I need before
putting my house on the market?
A: You are required by law to have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
when selling or letting a property.
