Quality photography is crucial to attract the largest
number of potential tenants, ensuring you have
the best choice when it comes to finding the ‘right’
person. Research shows floor plans attract higher
numbers of hits on websites and generate more
viewings.
Service Levels
We offer two main core packages, ‘Tenant Find
Only‘ and ‘Fully Managed’, both of which can be
individually tailored to meet your requirements.

Money Protection and The Property Ombudsman.
Due to our years of experience within lettings we
can offer sound advice or guidance to all landlords
during a tenancy.
Property Inspections
We conduct routine inspections including PDF
reports with photos and descriptions of each room
(at least four per year).
Property File
Wanting to give landlords more control and access
to their property, all our landlords have access to
a client login area. This allows them to check on
maintenance, accounts, and copies of documents.
On call, all day, every day
We all know problems can occur at any time of the
day, therefore we have an out of hours service for
emergency use. So, you don’t have to worry about
getting a call at 2am to say pipes burst.
