Meet Tom, our
Lettings Manager
Tom has worked within lettings for several years and has handled all
aspects of tenancies, from routine inspections to dealing with large scale
works and even the more difficult times when notice needs to be served. His
proactive and positive attitude towards work enables Tom to not only find
the best solution forward but to also prevent problems before they happen.
Not only does Tom look after your rental, he’s always on the lookout for ways
to improve finding tenants. Being a tech whizz he’s keen to introduce the
latest equipment or software to stay one step ahead in this digital age.
Despite his busy work schedule, he will always make time for new and
existing clients, whether it is to discuss upcoming legislation changes or how
we can help with your investment property. If you’re considering renting your
property or feel you’re not getting the most out of your current agent, we
