There is nothing worse as a vendor than sitting
in waiting for feedback when a viewing has
taken place at your property. We understand
selling can be a very emotional and stressful
process, therefore we always endeavour to
give prompt accurate feedback from every
viewing, the same day.
Marketing Reports
As a vendor It is crucial to understand what
your agent is doing in the background. We
give regular updates on the marketing and
interest, including detailed statistics from
the major internet portals showing how your
property is performing.
Plan of Action
How do we plan to conduct viewings? Who
have we spoken to? What are people’s
thoughts on the property? If there are no
viewings forthcoming, why not? What can we
do to help move things forward? It is always
our aim to ensure all our vendors are happy,
and we have a tailored plan in place on every
property to ensure things are moving forwards
in the right direction.
