3.4 The temporary works implementation plan3.4.1The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, regulation 12(1) and 12(2),requires the Principal Contractor, with more than one contractor on a project, or thecontractor, must draw up a construction phase plan that sets out the health and safetyarrangements for a construction project.3.4.2The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, regulation15(3)(b) requires theContractor to comply with the parts of the construction phase plan applicable to them.3.4.3In addition, L153 Appendix 5 page 84 provides a summary of how the different types ofinformation relate to and influence each other on a construction project where more than onecontractor is involved.
