Our employee satisfaction is measured as a total score between those who were either satisfied or very satisfied.
Our score at HORN in 2022/23 is: 53,85% ”very satisfied”
+ 46,15% ”satisfied”. We are of course very happy of this
years score, and will strive to keep up our efforts taken in this
regard.
Our score at Denwood by HORN in 2022/23 is: 75%
”very satisfied” + 25% ”satisfied”.
We are proud of the positiv development, which have been
obtained through an intensive focus on former challenges,
which we are now seeing the direct effects of.
