On the heels of completing the FAA
Reauthorization bill in 2024, and with
the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs
Act (IIJA) set to expire at the end of FY
2026, Congress will begin in 2025 to
develop the next surface transportation
reauthorization bill (aka – the “highway
bill”). This will be the next major
Superbowl in the transportation space
and is likely to include many hearings
intended to scrutinize the Biden
Administration’s implementation of IIJA.”
