Acceset
Acceset is a social enterprise working to
disrupt the provision of mental health
services to those in need. Colleagues
from the Singapore office provided
Acceset with a legal and regulatory
framework regarding the standards of
care and ethical protocols applicable to
online mental healthcare and support
platforms, facilitating access to mental
health care through the implementation
of peer to peer connections.

support. While the original scope was
to review the legal frameworks across
different jurisdictions, an entire protocol
was put together at the end of the project
which we featured on our website.”

At the culmination of this project,
Matt Oon, founder of Acceset,
nominated Hogan Lovells Associate
Lim Xi, for TrustLaw Lawyer of the
Year Awards. This nomination was
a wonderful tribute to Xi and his
effort to support an organisation
that is dedicated to revolutionising
the delivery of mental health
services. It also served as a powerful
reminder of the impact we can
have by partnering with social
enterprises and NGOs across APAC.
