It is a joint venturebetween UnLtd, Big Issue Invest,and Shift designed to make socialinvestment better for founders fromunderrepresented backgrounds andtheir teams. HL BaSE provided legaladvice to investees of the fund.The fund’s first investment was in atech-for-good organisation that buildsneurodivergent talent pools for leadingcorporates and universities. GIFinvested £300,000 in neurodivergenttalent platform Neuropool, which aimsto get more than 10,000 neurodivergentpeople into employment by 2030.
