too many instructions or disclaimers, and for the
fact that she is not a certified personal trainer. But
I have tried her workouts myself, and so long as
you use common sense with regards to your body's
abilities, then you will see and feel results. I dont
think I have ever heard her speak. She just uses sign
language, and sometimes I prefer that.
