INGREDIENTS:
6 Eggs
Olive oil, Unsalted Butter
Cooking Cream or Full Cream Milk
Cream Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, any cheese!
Salt, Pepper, your favorite Hot Sauce or Chili Oil
Add-on Veg: Fried Onions, Fried Sliced Garlic, Sauteed Tomatoes, Edible Flowers, Chives, Basil
Add-on Meat: Bacon, Tuna, whatevah
Combine eggs, parmesan cheese, cream/milk, salt, pepper in a bowl and beat until frothy.
On your stovetop, melt the butter with some olive oil in an oven-safe skillet.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 175•C, and prepare the middle rack.
Pour the egg mixture into the heated skillet.
Add bits of cream cheese or grated cheddar cheese to the liquid mixture.
Throw in the crispy onions and garlic. Spread evenly.
Add your protein: crispy bacon, tuna or fried tofu bits.
When the egg mixture is about 80% cooked solid, top it with tomatoes, herbs and flowers.
Then pop the whole skillet in the oven and bake for another 5-10 mins.
Should look nice and fluffy, not overly cooked.
Serve immediately with your fave chili oil or hot sauce.
