Highwoods has activated our collection of office
buildings in the Cool Springs BBD of Nashville by
creating a desirable space for businesses, families
and visitors to enjoy the outdoors. This thoughtfully
designed campus now includes a playground,
bandshell, outdoor office areas, expanded wifi access,
pickleball courts and a community lawn in the heart
of it all that faces an amphitheater at center stage.
“Park Place” is now open to Highwoods customers
and the surrounding community to bring people
together in a beautifully landscaped park that
exemplifies the #BetterTogether mindset.
