CIGNA HEALTHY WORKFORCE DESIGNATION GOLD
Each year, Cigna recognizes a select group of organizations for demonstrating
a strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of their employees
through a workplace well-being program. In 2023, Cigna awarded Highwoods
the Gold level of the Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation for significantly
advancing our efforts in fostering a healthy work culture. This is an
improvement from the Silver designation we received in 2022. The criteria we
have aligned with to achieve a Gold designation include:
• Extensive support of the wellness program by senior leadership.
• Making resources available to support employee well-being and a population
health engagement program.
• Utilizing methods of communication that actively engage employees and
promote our health engagement program.
