We regularly engage our stakeholders to better
understand their priorities, how they are affected by
our operations and influence our objectives.
This ensures that we are targeting key performance
indicators that are meaningful and aligned with
our Strategic Plan. Our key stakeholder groups
include our shareholders, coworkers, customers,
Board of Directors, vendors, industry and the
communities in which we live, work and play.
We meet with key shareholders throughout the
year and proactively report on our financial and
environmental performance through quarterly and
annual disclosures, including this annual Corporate
Resiliency Report. Our property teams meet regularly
with customers, organize events and trainings and
seek feedback through annual surveys. We engage our
coworkers through a variety of programs, trainings and
civic engagement activities that support professional
development, health and well-being and community
stewardship. We participate in industry meetings and
conferences to strengthen our partnerships and to
contribute to the discourse that shapes our industry.
At the community level, we participate in public
forums, business improvement districts and support
organizations that enrich our communities.
