From owning and caring for over 28.8 million square
feet of space and the 1,500+ customers served by
our 350 customer-focused coworkers, everything we
do continues to be guided by the four key tenets of
our Strategic Plan — people, portfolio, balance sheet
and communication. First established in 2005, our
Strategic Plan is a road map for our future that is
simple and straight-forward yet simultaneously allows
us to be responsive to evolving customer needs and
changing market dynamics.
