• For How Long? This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
last three years from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original
vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
What Roadworks Manufacturing Will Do: During any applicable warranty period listed previously, RoadWorks®
Manufacturing, Inc. will inspect the parts and determine if they qualify for coverage according to the terms and limitations of this
warranty. Roadworks Manufacturing will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge and
ship them back to you with freight prepaid. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If
a specific product has been discontinued, Roadworks Manufacturing may, at its option, replace your product with a current product
of comparable function and value. Liability in all cases is limited to the original purchase price.
What These Warranties Will Not Cover: These warranties do not cover special order products. These warranties do
not cover any loss, damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, fire, theft, collision, accident, improper installation,
modification, neglect, mistreatment, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Items damaged during
shipment are not covered by this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable
under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
• How to Get Service: A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of
purchase. Alternatively, you may contact Roadworks Manufacturing Customer Service directly at 1-800-448-4781 to obtain
more information. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty returns. Returns made to Roadworks Manufacturing will not be
accepted without prior authorization from Roadworks Manufacturing.
• How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may
vary from state to state or province to province.

Returns
Any request to return a product must be made within one year from its purchase date. The
returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and the return will only be accepted with
prior authorization.
To request a return, call Customer Service at 1-800-448-8741 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The RGA
number must be referenced on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted at our dock.
Accepted returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge and must be returned freight
prepaid.
Exceptions will be made for warranty and/or erroneous shipments. Custom (special order) products are not eligible for returns.
