At first glance, a Flame Resistant and ARC Flash
garment may appear like any other item of workwear but
in order to ensure the protection of the wearer, and acheive CE
and UKCA marking regulations, the design of these garments

PATTERN CUTTING
AND PROTOTYPING
HAZTEC® garments are original and created by our skilled team
of product developers, pattern cutters and sample makers. It’s
critical that we maintain control on the sizing and key design
features so each pattern is carefully developed using digital
software, prototyped and field tested multiple times before being
moved into production. Only by following this process can you
be assured of an authentic and certified protective garment by
HAZTEC®.
This ability to develop patterns in-house also gives us the ability to
respond quickly to new projects or customer requests for bespoke
sizes so you can equip your entire team with the same workwear.
