TRIPLEX ADR SYSTEM
The Triplex sign system is designed to be used on chemical tankers carrying different products per
load. It gives great flexibility by easily sliding in digits for the correct UN code and Emergency Action
Code. The digits are made of a rigid stainless steel and embossed to meet the ADR regulations 15
minute fire engulfment. The storage box is designed to hold enough digits and diamonds to allow
any UN code for all 3 signs on a tanker.

Features: The Universal Embossed Triplex Digit
Set is a full set of numerals and letters which enable
any UN code to be created. Individual numerals
and letters to create the whole range of UN codes.
Embossed to meet the fire engulfment requirement
For use in the Triplex ADR holder. Stainless steel.
Set includes enough numerals and letters to enable
any UN code to be created. 3 sets would be required
to fully equip 1 vehicle to be able to display any
Hazchem code.

Incorporates a diamond holder for 250 x 250mm
rigid diamonds with retaining clip. Slide in individual
numerals and letters to configure any UN code
(supplied separately). Strong powder coated.
Features: Robust vehicle storage box designed to
fit three complete sets of digits and good number
of spare rigid diamonds. Bolt to vehicle chassis and
lockable for security. Very convenient and ensures
efficiency – avoid delays due to incorrect signage. For
fixing Use VK6501. Powder coated steel bracketry for
mounting VS2262 to vehicle: 410mm High, 482mm
Wide, 395mm Deep.
