FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS
Continued improvements of our
e昀케cient waste disposal methods will
include:
1
Cardboard
• Approximately 5000kg of cardboard waste per month.
• Local recycling, less than 20 miles away, reduces
transportation fuel usage.
2
Polythene
• On-site baling for batch recycling back into polythene
products.
• Collection and chipping for various applications, from
children’s playground floors to chipboard for the
building industry.
We’re working to increase
recycled board usage in our
cartons.
PLASTICS
We’re reducing single-use
plastics and transitioning to
biodegradable materials for
some polythene bags.
