Hawthorn Football Club is dedicated to actively engaging with First Nations communities, organisations and our partners to enhance outcomes for First Nations
peoples and enhance the culture of the Club.
To achieve this, our focus includes:
• Enhancing opportunities for First Nations employment within the Hawthorn Football Club, fostering a culturally safe workplace environment, and striving to
increase representation within our workforce.
• Collaborating with First Nations businesses to effectively deliver a diversified procurement strategy.
