Harniss Net Zero
We don’t just talk the talk but walk the walk! Harniss has committed
to achieving net zero carbon. We want to maintain the carbon
reduction levels observed during the Covid-19 pandemic but will also
account for the ‘working-from-home’ carbon emissions.
This can only start with monitoring where we are and tracking the
impact of changes as we move towards net zero carbon and achieve
our ESG goals.
We are committed to fully playing our part in tackling the climate
emergency; through sensible and practical plans, through our
investment in sustainable initiatives, increased Electric Vehicle fleet
and grey fleet, water conservation, reduced waste streams and energy
improvement measures. Following the RIBA 2030 Challenge and the
Better Buildings Partnership Design for Performance guidelines, we
strive towards being a Net Zero 2030 ready business. We are also proud
members of the Suppy Chain Sustainability School and have achieved
Gold Membership.
