YOUTH SPORTS
We believe playing, learning and having fun is the most important part of participating in youth sports. All programs are co-ed
unless otherwise noted. A completed health waiver form will be required prior to program participation.
INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE
Leagues: U4, U6, U8, U10, U12
SOUTH
Hanover Rec Indoor Soccer is a co-ed program for
ages 2-11. Participants will learn the fundamental
skills through practices and games. Led by
volunteer coaches, participants will practice once
during the week and play games on weekends.
Practice day and time notifications will be prior
to start of season. Players will receive jersey and
socks prior to first games. Players may “play up” in
older division but cannot play down.

YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE
SOUTH
Ages: Grades Pre-k; 1-2; 3-4; 5-6; 7-8; 9-12
Our youth Recreational Basketball League is
available for children ages 5 through grade 12. Led
by volunteer coaches, players will practice once a
week (location @ discretion of coach) and games
on Saturdays. The program will encourage a
friendly and fun atmosphere, as well as focusing on
the players’ skill improvement and understanding
of the game. Teams will receive jerseys as part of
the season cost.

GIRLS FIELD HOCKEY
ACADEMY SOUTH
Ages K-2
Coach Long Field Hockey Academy in the Fall
is for girls in grades K-2. Led by Holly Long,
participants will learn the fundamental skills
to prepare players for league play. Coach Long
is the former Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach
at Southwestern and is excited to bring her
knowledge of the game to the youth.
