Enjoy your hamper even more knowing that, with every hamper
we sell, a donation is made to Feeding Britain, who in turn provide
nutritional meals to low-income households and the
most vulnerable in society. In addition to monetary donations The
Handmade Christmas Co. have committed to a zero-food waste
policy, as such we donate all surplus food and any in which the
packaging is blemished to local foodbank, Living Well Bromley.
The importance of corporate responsibility has never been greater,
and it’s something that The Handmade Christmas Co. is truly
passionate about. As we’ve spoken to a number of our clients past
and present, it’s been amazing to hear that they feel so strongly
about it too. So, we decided that we had to do our bit to help and
with that you will also be making a contribution towards a better
society. For every hamper that you order, we make a contribution to
Feeding Britain. Gifting feels so much better when you’re giving too.
Keep an eye out for the ‘meals’ icon, which lets you know how many
meals we’ll donate for every hamper that you order.

Feeding Britain’s vision is clear “A UK where no one goes hungry”.
Since its inception in 2015 Feeding Britain has provided nutritious
meals and enriching activities for more than 40,000 children and
their families through their Healthy Holidays programme and have
distributed over 2.2 million meals to vulnerable people and lowincome households under their Covid-19 Emergency Response
programme.
