You can taste wild. It’s a particular freshness. Britain is alive with it. And Pearly Cow celebrates it.
The herds, breeds, crops and catches that thrive nearby are everything to us.
If you’ve not eaten at Pearly Cow, now’s the time to get a taste… On the menu there’s raw and light and smoky and
deep. We keep it simple to put nature first, serving the very best slow-farmed meats, just-picked plants and sea-fresh
seafood cooked over fire or served on ice.
Our menus feature star ingredients in classics, interpretations, sharing dishes, and divine desserts. You can join us for
breakfast, lunch or dinner at all our Pearly Cow restaurants. But Pearly Cow is so much more than breakfast, lunch or
dinner. It’s a dining experience. It’s authentic. It’s memorable. Always for the right reasons.
As well as the above, you’ll find many special happenings, including Taco Club and Afternoon Sea (our seafood-inspired
take on the British classic, Afternoon Tea), whilst on Sundays, traditional roasts with all the trimmings bring a beautiful
close to the week. It’s a labour of love from our family to yours.
You’ll find Pearly Cow at York, Margate and Brighton. Pearly Cow York celebrates what hails from the dales, moors, vales,
and the nearby North Sea. In a Regency building full of warm character, Pearly Cow York feels hearty in every sense of
the word.
The glow of the open Robata Grill and bounty of the freshest local seafood set the scene at Pearly Cow Margate. With
incredible sweeping sea-views, and spectacular sunsets all from your seat, Pearly Cow Margate really is special.
Newly opened in October, Pearly Cow Brighton’s open kitchen invites you into the process of honouring the best local
ingredients. It’s a chic, lavish space that feels like a best-kept Brighton secret (for now!).
