Hi there, we’re GuestHouse - an independent brand of
extra- special hotels in Britain’s best towns and cities.
It’s great to see you.
And if you’re reading this, you’re probably already in the know about who we are.
But if not, or if you’re curious... this is where you get to know.
It all started back in 2021 with the opening of our first happy hotel, No. 15 Bath, by GuestHouse. No. 15 has become our classic
beauty, sitting pretty on the famous Great Pulteney Street. Soon after, we opened No. 1 York. Our stately townhouse stands
proud in the historic gothic city. In the summer of 2023 we opened our doors right on the seafront at No. 42 Margate and it’s
become an absolute must-visit. And most recently, we’re excited to have opened No. 124 Brighton, a real sea-city escape, which
we can’t wait to tell you more about...
Our hotels have it all and are full of heart, celebrating the town or city they’re in with characterful charm, boutique beauty and
a real laid-back luxury. Inside each, you’ll find one of our soul-soothing Spas and beloved Bars. And in some, you’ll find Pearly
Cow, our iconic dining destination, where cuts and catches and fire and ice are everything.
When we say our hotels are have-it-all, we mean it. Each room and suite is made musical by your own record player and vinyls
in-room, perfect for curating the soundtrack of your stay. Within each hotel we also have our iconic help-yourself-pantries,
full of snacks that are yours for the taking. So, bring yourself, the kids, the dogs, whoever. Everyone is happier here.
