CUSTOMER SERVICE: If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products or services, please notify us. We would like
to serve you with the finest quality packaging and service available. We pride ourselves in offering as many domestic products as
possible. We ship by UPS or FedEx. Shipments to residential addresses and undisclosed suite numbers will incur an additional charge.
HOURS: Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
PRICING: Please phone us for prices on items you may need but are not shown in this catalog. We will try to hold prices as long as
possible. However, pricing is subject to change without notice.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your order, please phone our office for return authorization. We will accept returns of plain merchandise for a period of 30 days after shipment date and with approved authorization. Please return all items in their original carton. In
some cases, non-defection returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
DAMAGES: All claims must be reported to our office within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. After reporting damaged goods, please
do not dispose of them. Please hold onto damaged goods until our contact or inspection.

TERMS: Our terms are 1% 10 days net 30 days on credit approved accounts. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and
Visa. No discount on credit card payments.
