BANANA PANNY CAKES
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 fully ripe banana
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Mash the banana, eggs, and milk in a mixing bowl, along with the vanilla extract.
2. Once blended, add the sugar and flour, and mix until the consistency is smooth.
3. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan and lightly coat it with vegetable oil.
4. Make small pancakes to ensure they cook evenly without burning.
CRACKED LOBSTER
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized lobster tail
Salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and fresh lemon (to taste)
1 egg
Evaporated milk (for egg wash)
Flour (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Take one medium-sized lobster tail and, using a knife, split the tail to expose the meat.
2. Season the lobster with salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and fresh lemon to taste.
3. In a bowl, mix one egg and a small amount of Carnation cream to create an egg wash.
4. Dip the lobster meat into the egg wash, then lightly dust with flour.
5. Deep fry the lobster until golden brown.
