couples have exchanged their vows here and
as we celebrate our 50th year at the Garden
of the Groves, we will like married couples
enjoying their first through fiftieth wedding
anniversary to register with us to participate
in the Vow Renewal Ceremony on November
11th, 2023.
“We believe this will be a wonderful
experience for the couples and for us at the
Garden of the Groves to reconnect with dear
friends, who pledged their hearts and lives to
love and cherish their spouse until the end of
time right here,” declared Laing.
The symbiotic balance cultivated at the
Garden of the Groves between the flora and
fauna inclusive of a turquoise-fronted
Amazon parrot named Lucaya, a white
umbrella cockatoo named Royal as well as
varying species of fish, turtles, ducks and a
resident rooster has undoubtedly made it the
most cherished attraction on Grand Bahama.
Both nature enthusiasts and families alike
opine that the Garden of the Groves is their
tropical oasis and two visiting couples, Steve
and Linda Weidemann of North Port, Florida
as well as Richard and Wendy Rozene of
Windham, Maine, who are celebrating their
56th and 50th wedding anniversary,
respectively could not have agreed more.
“We loved touring the Garden of the Groves
as its beauty is undeniable and coupled with
Ms. Marilyn’s wonderful guided tour, it makes
you appreciative of the entire experience,”
stated the Rozenes.
