EXPERIENCE
A 9-Hole Golf Tournament held at Camas Meadows. This tournament provides a unique and fun way to network
exclusively with women executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Local organizations will promote their products
at each tee, offering players the chance to shop, or sip while they swing. This exciting day will conclude with a "Sip, Shop,
Social" where golfers and sponsors will connect, congratulate tournament winners, and shop from local vendors who
have setup for this exclusive tournament's shopping opportunity.
AUDIENCE
The excitement and level of interaction this event receives far surpasses just the golfers on the course. Not only will day of
attendees be exposed to your brand, the pre and post promotion of the Chamber's Women's Golf Tournament will draw
attention through social media, email communication, local advertisement and much more. As a sponsor your name and
logo will be used during outreach campaigns, as well as at the event itself. Email blasts each month will be sent to a
database of over 5,000 professionals mentioning your company name leading up to the golf tournament.

EVENT STRUCTURE
9:30 AM
The tournament begins with a morning registration, hand-crafted coffee and breakfast-on-the-go,
a handful of sponsor booths, bag drop, and an announcement from the GVC team and presenting
sponsor before golfers head out on the course.
A Shotgun start will signal all golfers to head out to one of 9 tees, all of which will have sponsors
waiting to network.
A Scramble Format allows great scoring opportunities and "Best Ball" rules maintain pace of play
and offer an easy going environment for golfers of any experience level.
2:00 PM
Golfers will finish their 9th Hole and make their way to the tent for a "Sip, Shop, Social" where they
can enjoy refreshments, grab a bite to eat, find out the winners, and shop from local vendors who
have brought a personalized shopping experience to the course.
All Women's Golf Tournament Sponsors are invited to join in the Social Hour festivities.
