HOW TO FEST
TICKETS
WAIT LIST/RUSH LINE SALES
ONLINE IN ADVANCE
A dedicated rush line will be available for SOLD OUT films before
the start time. At 5 minutes prior to film screening we will start
selling tickets on an available seat basis.
To purchase tickets for films and parties, visit GASPARILLAFILMFESTIVAL.
COM and click on BUY TICKETS. Select the film or event you wish to
attend and follow the directions to purchase.
PICK UP & PROCEDURE
Patrons who have purchased tickets online and have a printed ticket
can go directly to the theatre of the film screening. If you are unable
to print your ticket in advance you may go to the GIFF Box Office- Will
Call to pick up your ticket. You must have a photo ID or have your
purchase receipt.
EXCHANGES
There are no refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another screening
subject to availability.
PASSES
FILM PASS PROCEDURE & BENEFITS
All patrons - whether credentialed or ticketed- must arrive at least
15 minutes prior to the film showtime. Patrons arriving fewer than 15
minutes prior to showtime cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a
ticket or a pass. Additionally, if you are not seated 5 minutes before
the film starts, your seat will be released to our wait list / rush line.
Pass holders receive priority front of line entry to the theatre. Passes
ADMIT ONE person to each film screening and cannot be shared. You
must arrive at the theatre 15 minutes prior to the scheduled screening
time and be seated 5 minutes prior to show time or your seat will be
given to wait list / rush line patrons.
DAY OF SHOW SALES
Passes are for FILMS ONLY and do not include parties unless
otherwise noted. Event tickets are available for purchase on our
website GasparillaFilmFestival.com.
If you haven’t ordered online and wish to purchase a ticket for a
film that day, please go to the GIFF Box Office (at the theatre of the
screening) to purchase in person.
