OUR BUSINESS
When conducting business, we believe that
assessing our impacts, both positive and negative,
and adjusting our strategy accordingly is imperative
to ensuring a sustainable business.
At Gearbulk we have incorporated ESG into our business strategies, certifying that we not only sustain
but also strive to create value in the Ecosystems
we operate.
The Company’s Board of Directors have set requirements for sustainability and impact reporting and
performance insights are detailed in the Company’s
ESG Report (please refer to gearbulk.com for our
report). Responsibility for managing and reporting
on the Company’s impact, herein oversight and
approval of the reported information, has been
delegated to the Company’s management. A process
for external review is under development.
