Seafarers play a vital role at Gearbulk and are at the forefront of our operations. In response to the increase of
vessels under management in 2023, our priority has been to
strengthen the crew pool through recruitment e昀昀orts across
all pools. Long-term strategic partnerships with manning
agents are essential to our recruitment and crew management processes. Today, we have partnered with manning
agents in the Philippines, India and China.
