MARGARITAVILLE - FORT MYERS, FL
Construction has begun in Fort Myers on the highly anticipated
Margaritaville hotel and resort. This 212,000 square foot facility will
host 254 guest rooms, full-service restaurants, ballrooms, spas with
massage areas, and beachside accommodations such as a bar & grill.
ZOTEC PARTNERS - CARMEL, IN
The Zotec Partners National Headquarters is comprised of executive
offices, call center, data analytics hub, breakout offices, a sales and
demo show room, gym, and three kitchens. This five-story, 300,000
square-foot office building included complete power distribution,
from underground to shell.
