In 2021, Gaylor Electric will continue to provide all employees with
available pathways to continued growth and success. Each and
every employee has the opportunity to continue to develop both
professionally and personally in their education.
This year, the Education Department will debut the Gaylor Career
Pathways, located within the new Gaylor Electric App. These
pathways will allow employees to clearly see the technical and
essential skills associated with their current and future roles. In
addition to this exciting development, the Innovation Trailer will
also be on the road again to bring job-specific, hands-on training
to jobsites across the country. New in 2021, each month we will
focus on a different “Essential Skill.” These skills will be focused on
improving our communication, collaboration, and execution
when working with our colleagues, vendors, and customers.
