SLIPS, TRIPS, & FALLS
Clean up and clear off all walkways
and stairways around the jobsite.
Keep them well-lit.
Keep cords and hoses up and off the
ground as much as possible, to
eliminate tripping hazards.
Clean up as you go. Clean up spills
immediately.
When you walk up or down a
stairway, keep one hand on the
railing.
Get a co-worker to help when you
move tools, materials, and
equipment up and down stairs.
Wear proper safety footwear for the
conditions you’re working in.
Put your phone away. Stay focused.
