A MESSAGE FROM OUR
PRESIDENT & CEO

Dear Gaylor Nation,
For most of the country, Memorial Day (or weekend) marks the start of summer. The weather
heats up, home schedules change with kids being out of school, interns begin their work
experience, and projects often ramp up to high speed. Personally, I love the excitement of
productive days that summer brings.Every minute of every day holds unlimited possibilities… the
key is staying focused to see and grasp those possibilities.
At the onset of 2023, I shared with our company what I felt would be key for our success for the
year. Simply referred to as the “3-B’s”: Be Like-minded, Be Connected, and Be Productive, have
proven to set a simple and effective pattern to follow for everyone with Gaylor Electric. They
provide a check-up to make sure we are all moving in the same direction and are all working
toward the same results. We have even set up a monthly team award based on these 3-B’s.
This issue of The Conduit has a considerable amount of space dedicated to Safety. Over the last
year, our professionals have performed at the highest levels of both safety and production!
Safety is a core Value with Gaylor Electric and as such, is an uncompromising part of who we are
and how we work. Safety is an area where the 3-B’s can be seen having a practical impact on a
daily basis.
This quarterly magazine could easily be triple the size with all the great happenings, projects,
awards, and recognitions earned by our individuals and teams! I certainly hope you will enjoy
reading through it and are uplifted knowing you are involved with our great company.
My heartfelt thanks go out to our employees, clients, and vendors. As we continue working
together with a like-minded approach, and stay connected with open and honest communication,
we can all be productive and profitable!
