By following the product care instructions below, you can maintain the luster, appearance, clarity, quality, and integrity

1. Handle like any fine dinnerware or glassware.
2. Clean products as soon as possible to avoid
destaining procedures and protein build-up.
3. Immediately remove any damaged or chipped
products from use.

1. To prevent staining or protein build-up, and to
maintain luster, it is recommended to rinse
products as soon as possible and periodically
presoak products before dishwashing.

1. DO NOT expose products to heat in excess of
200F or direct flame.
2. To avoid scratching, it is recommended to
avoid use with serrated knives
3. To avoid cracking and blistering from heat,
DO NOT use products with ovens, microwaves,
heat lamps, or plate warmers.
4. To avoid chipping and scratching, DO NOT
strike products with or on any hard surface.

2. Only use bleach-free sanitizers developed for
commercial use.
1. To prevent chipping and scratching, DO NOT overload
dishwasher racks.
3. Use an oxygen-releasing compound for any staining.
2. To prevent scratching, DO NOT use harsh or abrasive
scouring products such as steel wool or any metal pads
to clean products.
4. Non-abrasive sponges and woven plastic pads are
recommended for cleaning products.
3. DO NOT use chlorine bleach or chlorine-based sanitizing
solutions when caring for melamine products.
