Properly caring for your G.E.T. products rewards you with the best possible service life, keeping your replacement

Before First Use
• Remove the pan from packaging.
• Rinse the pan with hot, soapy water and dry.
Use in Heat
• The max temperature is 500°F / 260°C.
• Always add water or oil before heating -never heat empty.
• When used under a heat source (broiler, heat lamp, etc.), there should be 2.5” of distance between the pan and heat source.
• On a stovetop, always use the burner nearest in size to the pan.
• Always protect your hands with oven mis when handling the pans.
• Always li the pan to move it. Never slide the pan, as this may cause damage to the stovetop or the base of the pan.
Storage
• Always store the pans without food and completely dry.
• Make sure the pans are completely dry before stacking them.
Cleaning
• Do not place a hot pan into cold water.
• Do not hit the pans against any object to remove leover food.
• Use a silicone or nylon utensil to scrape leover food.
• Do not use any metal or abrasive pads or abrasive cleaning agents on any of the suaces.
• If wash by hand, simply wash with hot, soapy water and rinse and dry thoroughly.
• If wash in the dishwasher, rinse and remove food and place gently on the rack.
• Do not overload dish racks - properly space items for optimal cleaning.
Storage
• Do not use serrated knifes or any sharp utensil.
• Avoid dropping or throwing the pans over other metal objects or hard suaces while cleaning tables or washing dishes.

and glass.
