At the same time, we want to make apositive difference in our local communities byrecruiting, integrating and retaining employees,including those who would otherwise risk falling outof the job market due to reduced work capacity orother reasons.We want to conduct our business ethically andresponsibly, and it is essential for us that our employees and suppliers share this approach.We want to help address the global climate challenge caused by excessive CO2e emissions. We willexplore new possibilities in terms of alternative fuelsfor our trucks and new technologies that can helpto minimise our carbon footprint. At the same time,employee behaviour is a key focus area, and we wantour transport divisions and our logistics centres tobe as efficient as possible in our effort to reduce ourcarbon footprint.
