Frode Laursen is a one stop logistics company.
This means that the company can take care of
its customers’ goods all the way from the factory until they reach the customer’s shopping
basket.
Frode Laursen’s 3PL setup and distribution
system means that it can not only guarantee the
safe transportation of the customer’s goods, but
also storage, information flow and traceability
throughout the entire value chain.
Quality and traceability are crucial and
are becoming increasingly important for
Frode Laursen’s customers, especially in the
consumer goods sector. To support customers’
needs, Frode Laursen works continuously on

developing processes and IT solutions to ensure
complete transparency in the value chain and
traceability of the goods from the factory until
they are delivered to the store.
However, the logistics are not complete until
the goods are on the shelves. To this end, Frode
Laursen uses IN-STORE A/S, which performs
various tasks in-store: merchandising (puing
goods on the shelves), demonstrating goods
in-store and similar tasks and, in particular,
gathering data about what is happening in the
store. IN-STORE’s extensive knowledge of the
final link in the retail chain also allows Frode
Laursen to gain significant insight into the retail
trade throughout the Nordic region.
