“The hauliers play an important role in
our growth. They take responsibility for the

WALL OF FAME
People typically stay with Frode Laursen for
many years. When they reach their 25th anniversary, their portrait is displayed on the ‘Wall
of Fame’ in Vien. Allan once met with a Polish
customer who noticed the wall and its many
portraits.
“He went silent and I could see that he was
impressed. ‘I’ve never seen a company value
their employees in this way before. It’s impressive,’ he said. I opened my presentation and
started talking about Frode Laursen, then he
said, ‘I don’t need to hear any more. That wall
says more about your company than the slides
you’re going through. Let’s do business’.”
