Rammi – Finest Quality Fillets
Rammi oCeanPremium is a fantastic quality
natural, boneless, skinless, tighter graded
fillet. Using the latest state-of-the-art
technology aboard The Solberg, Rammi
fish for healthy and fresh fish, frozen at sea
within two hours of being caught. Freezing
the fish at sea also stops any deterioration to
the fish through drip loss. Rammi have been
catching and supplying the finest quality
FAS fillets to Friars Pride for more than 20 years. This Icelandic
fishing company is based at its home port of Siglufjordur on the
North coast of Iceland and offers continuous supply between
both the oCeanPremium and the oCeanReserve cod fillets.
Rammi oCeanPremium is available in 4-6oz, 6-8oz, 8-10oz,
10-12oz, 12-16oz fillets. Simply thaw, batter, fry and serve.
Leinebris – Premium Longline Fish
When catching by longline, the fish is
brought on board alive by hooks and
line, one by one. This ensures the fish is
in the best possible condition. Directly
after catching the fish the production
process starts and within three hours
the fish is frozen to -18 degrees. The
quick-freezing process locks in the
quality and goodness of the fish, which ensures a quality of the
absolute highest standard. Leinebris line caught frozen at sea cod
fillets are available as skin on, pin bone in fillets or skinless, pin bone
fillets in a range of grades from 3-5oz to 16-32oz.
JFK Gadus – Fresher Than Fresh
JFK Gadus’ frozen at sea products are as
fresh as possible. On board the fleet of
18 fishing vessels, including the Gadus
and Sjuroarberg, high-tech processing
equipment seals in the freshness. Gadus
production has been called fresher than
fresh because of being fresh frozen
within four hours of leaving the sea.
Gadus and Sjuroarberg fillets are available in traditional sizes:
5-8oz, 8-16oz, 16-32oz and 32oz+. They are available as either
skin on, pin bone in fillets or skinless, pin bone in fillets.
Glacialis – Great Frozen at Sea Fish
A fleet of 10 trawlers supply
Glacialis with cod and haddock
every month. The fish is harvested
and fished in the Barents Seas.
Stocks of cod and haddock are
caught from responsible fisheries.
Glacialis is available in tightly graded
FAS fillets in sizes 4-6oz,6-8oz,
8-10oz, 10-12oz and 12-16oz, as well as traditional sizes of
8-16oz, 16-32oz and 32oz+.
