PRIMARY & SECONDARY
DISPENSER DISCONNECTS
Primary and Secondary Disconnects provide emergency stop control
and safe service disconnection for dispenser low voltage circuits
including power, data, credit cards, communication, and video/media.
HIGHLIGHTS
Primary Disconnects
Secondary Disconnects
• Provides emergency stop interface and service switches.
• Controlled by the primary, secondaries provide disconnects
for additional circuits connecting to a dispenser.
• Disconnects dispenser data and card reader circuits with
either two 2-wire circuits per dispenser or one Ethernet
circuit per dispenser.
• Disconnects dispenser communication/intercom and
video/media.
• Data circuit protection available for current loop and
RS-485 circuits.
• Secondary intercom wiring disconnects are available for
either 4 or 8 conductors per dispenser.
• Lockable cover for lockout/tagout requirements.
• Secondary Ethernet cabling disconnects are available with
either 1 or 2 Ethernet cables per dispenser for video/media
disconnect and can be rack or wall mounted.
• Compact design saves valuable wall space.
• Available in a variety of modular configurations to fit
varying dispenser models, quantities, and capabilities.
• Optional series connected surge suppression for protection
of sensitive electronic circuits.
• Can be mounted in an area away from the primary for easy
installation near the circuits being disconnected.
• Include 6' and 25' DB-9 cables for connection to the primary.
SPECIFICATIONS
System Components
Disconnects are installed in-line
with dispenser data wiring and
adjacent to site controls. The
primary provides individual
disconnect switches. Each
switch disconnects both the
corresponding dispenser data
circuits and associate channels
in secondary disconnects.
