CENTRAL VACUUM
MONITOR KIT
The central vacuum monitor (CVM) is a complete, automatic,
continuous vapor monitoring system that performs all essential
Stage II Vapor Recovery system monitoring functions. The
CVM is paired with sensors to perform functions including the
monitoring of both vacuum pump performance and tank
ullage pressure. The CVM also provides alarm notification of
system status as well as operational history reports.
HIGHLIGHTS
SPECIFICATIONS
• Pressure records stored every 5 minutes, storing 12 months
worth of data.
Central Vacuum Monitor
• Audible & visual alarm notifications include:
• Pressure out of range: pressure is outside of range of -6 to
2 in WC for more than 30 minutes.
• Pressure at atmosphere: pressure within +/- 0.15 in WC
for more than 60 minutes
• If alarms persist for more than 72 hours, site shutdown
is activated.

Ullage Monitor Status Conditions
• The Status Indicator indicates if the site is exceeding the
allowable threshold. If the pressure is exceeding the
allowable threshold, the indicator shows “Over Pressure”,
otherwise “OK”.
• The Ullage Pressure indicator shows the actual pressure in
units defined in system preferences.
• The Accumulated Over Pressure indicator shows the
accumulated time that the site has been in the Over
Pressure state during the rolling 24-hour interval.
• The Alarm Status indicator shows the current status - either
“Normal”, “Warning”, or “Alarm”.
