MONITORING
Improve dispenser throughput and maintain fast flow rates
with the ability to detect and react to potential slow flow issues
before they impact business with Flow Rate Monitoring. This
software is available on new EVO™ Series consoles or as a field
upgrade option. In addition to delivering ongoing flow rate
performance data, the software calculates flow rates for each
fueling point and provides a notification if transactions dip
below a user-defined set point.

throughput with daily reports and alarm notifications
regarding flow rate performance.
• Sales and dispensing duration data are automatically
reconciled to help you better understand the flow
performance of every fueling point.
• Often, slow flow rates can indicate that a dispenser filter
needs to be changed. Flow Rate Monitoring allows site
personnel to be proactive in calling for maintenance,
getting dispensers back to peak performance sooner.

How It Works
STEP 1: DEVICE INTEGRATION
• Flow Rate Monitoring begins with making a
connection between an EVO™ Series console and
intelligent dispenser devices, including Forecourt
Controllers and Point-Of-Sale Units.
STEP 2: COMPARING DATA
FUEL MANAGEMENT
SYSTEMS
• Through this connection, dispenser transaction data is
delivered to the EVO™ Series console and automatically
compared to tank reconciliation data collected by
the EVO™.
STEP 3: ANALYZING & REPORTING
• The EVO™ Series console uses the data to produce flow rate
readings for each dispenser fueling point and provides
reporting and automated alarm notifications for any slow
flow fueling points.
